Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping information and, where available, a tracking number.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping to Romania and selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Romania: approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch.
European Union: approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch.
International orders: approximately 7–20 business days after dispatch.
These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to the courier, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
The final shipping price may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and order details.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive your tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after receiving the shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact us at stfdesigns88@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details.
For damaged products, please include clear photographs of the package and product so we can review the issue.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Delays
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside the control of STF Designs.
